Yes they still make these.
This is a right and left, friction only. They'll shift up to 10 speeds on the back, provided you have a classic Shimano actuation rear derailleur. (ie up to 10 speed road, up to 9 speed mountain).
1 1/8" to clamp on to modern steel downtubes.
