1 Orders
1.1 Do you take special orders? There's no way to do it on your website.

Yes. We're really good at special orders.


Our website generally does not show items that we stock but which are sold out of. Additionally, we are happy to order you something that we don't normally stock.


If there's something you want that's not on our website, send us an email at webstore[at]naturalcycleworks[dot]ca and we will get back to you in a day or two about availability. Try and be as specific as possible about what you want. For example, if you need a Salsa handlebar, we would need to know the width.


If we can find what you want in stock somewhere, we will get it for you.

1.2 How do I select curbside pickup?

In order to utilize the curbside pickup option, you first need to input your billing address and select "ship to this address." At the next page, please select "Curbside Pickup" from the list of shipping options. Our system needs your address in order to calculate the appropriate tax to charge.

2.1 Where are you and what do you do?

We're located at B-91 Albert St in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in the heart of Winnipeg's historic Exchange District. Go in the front door of the building and straight down the stairs and you'll find us.


If you're coming in a motor vehicle, there is plenty of parking on our street. There is currently 1 hour free parking courtesy of the City of Winnipeg, due to Covid-19.


We specialize in fixing bikes and building wheels. We also sell custom bikes, quality parts and accessories for bikes, and unique quality items such as DangleSupply Titanium Pipes or Swedish-made Hultafors Axes.
