These are really useful little spacers. They're machined with an inner diameter to perfectly fit an M5 screw: So almost any standard frame attachment like fenders, racks, etc. We source these made with an outer diameter of 13mm. The large outer diameter means there's lots of surface area to go up against your fender or rack stays etc, so they attach securely and with minimal rattling. These are yet another elegant way to get around a disc brake or large diameter for tube. You can also use these where you attach your rear fender to your chainstay bridge, to ensure a smooth fenderline with a radius perfectly matching your tire.

6061 Aluminum so the extra size adds almost no weight.
